本研究主旨係探討社區投入、組織認同對幸福感影響之關聯性,探討組織認同在社區投入與幸福感關係具中介效果,並作為台中市神岡區相關行政人員機關、里民及未來研究者之參考。 本研究旨在探討社區投入、組織認同對幸福感其相關文獻回顧,以奠定本研究之理論基礎,並提出研究架構及假設。研究方法採問卷調查法,問卷量表包含社區投入量表、組織認同量表與幸福感量表。研究對象以原臺中市神岡區 四個里里民為主,總發放問卷數為188份,實際回收問卷數為 175份,回收率為 93.09%,經刪除未填答完整之問卷,有效問卷數為168份,有效問卷率為 89.36%。 針對回收之有效問卷,本研究利用敘述性統計分析,以瞭解樣本資料在個人背景的分布情形;利用區段迴歸分析檢定組織認同在社區投入與幸福感關係具中介效果。 本研究根據資料分析結果,提出以下結論: 一、社區投入對組織認同之正向影響。 二、組織認同對幸福感受之正向影響。 三、組織認同在社區投入對幸福感關係不具中介效果。 關鍵字:社區投入、組織認同、幸福感
This study aims to investigate the extent to which organizational identity mediates the association between community involvement and well-being, and to provide administration, local residents and researchers further reference. By looking through literatures relevant to community involvement, organizational identity and well-being, this study laid solid groundwork of building its research hypothesis and structure on theoretical basis. The current study targets local residents of four villages in Shengang Dist, Taichung City. Questionnaires were used to survey local residents’ community involvement, organizational identity and well-being. Totally 188 questionnaires were sent out, 175 were recollected with an overall recovery rate of 93.09%. After 7 invalid questionnaires (with incomplete data) were excluded, finally 168 were effective with an effective rate of 89.36%. Demographic data, especially subject’s personal background distributions were examined using descriptive statistic method and the medication effect of organizational identity in the link between community involvement and well-being was examined using regression. Three following conclusions were drawn from statistical analyses results: 1. The community involvement has a positive impact on organizational identity. 2. The organizational identity has a positive impact on well-being. 3.
