網際網路是一種新傳播工具,惟科技過度使用對人類文明是一項挑戰,對信仰亦復如此。網路科技的出現,基督教會界應該思考網路科技對教會各項事工與傳揚福音的正面與負面之影響,如何善用網路的正面力量來推動福音與事工,引人信主。本研究以四個台灣基督教教會與機構網站(台北靈糧堂全球資訊網、台灣基督長老教會全球資訊網、宇宙光全人關懷網、蒲公英希望基金會全球資訊網)為案例,目的在比較基督教教會網站之特色與差異,與瀏覽教會網站後對教會形象之改變程度。具體的研究議題有:1.探索基督教教會網站設計的要素與原則。評估什麼樣的教會網站要素與原則是主流設計,比較能獲得瀏覽者的青睞?2.瀏覽基督教教會網站前後對教會形象之改變。對基督徒與非基督徒群體二者是否有所差異?本研究進行三位資訊管理專家深入訪談,找出基督教教會網站設計之特質與差異,與184位網站瀏覽者網路問卷,找出瀏覽網站後對基督教會形象的影響。從這些特質、差異與影響,來看如何協助基督教會藉網路科技發展網路福音與事工。本研究結果可作為未來基督教教會網站設計之參考。
Internet technology is a new media that has significant impact on human culture evolution as well as religions. Owing to the emergence of Internet technology, the Christian Church community requires to think about its positive and negative impact on the ministry of the church and the preach of gospel, and how to make good use of the positive power of the Internet to promote the gospel ministry, and the introduction of the Lord to people. In this study, four Christian Church and institutional websites (i.e., Bread of Life Christian Church in Taipei WWW, The Presbyterian Church in Taiwan WWW, Christian Cosmic Light Holistic Care Organization WWW, and Dandelion Hope Foundation WWW) are selected as our study subjects. The objectives of this study are to compare the features and differences of these Christian Church websites, to investigate the influence on the degree of church impression after visiting the church websites. The specific research topics are to: (i) explore the design elements and principles of a Christian Church website, (ii) compare the image changes to Christian Churches before and after browsing their websites and to justify whether there is any difference between Christians and non-Christians groups. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with three experts in information technology and management field, and identified the design characteristics and differences of the four Christian church websites. To justify the change of church image by viewing the website of the Christian church, we collect valid questionnaire reponses from 184 web surfers. From the analysis of our study result, we have concluded the design elements and principles of an appropriate Christian Church website, quantified the impact of browsing Christian Church website on the church image. The contribution of this study is to provide a reference model to the Christian Church website design so to facilitate the promotion of the gospel ministry.
