因應新課綱來臨,強調「成就每一個孩子,適性揚才」,教師本身應具有獨立及批判的思考能力,並能引導學生進行體驗、反思及應用等過程,而教師的教學方式及教材,也應指向學生如何建構知識,並將知識運用於生活上、且培養學生獨立思考的能力。 本研究主要在探討國小及幼兒園教師參與探索教育活動後與自我效能改變之關聯性,其研究目的如下: 一、探討探索教育活動與教師自我效能改變之關聯性。 二、探討不同人口變項的教師與自我效能改變之關聯性。 本研究以南投縣參與過探索教育活動之國小及幼兒園教師為研究對象,共發放192份問卷,回收157份問卷,有效問卷回收率82%。並採用SPSS統計軟體作為分析工具。 本研究結論如下: 1.參與探索教育活動與國小及幼兒園教師的自我效能改變有顯著關聯。 2.不同人口變項的國小及幼兒園教師與自我效能改變有部分顯著關聯。
In response to the new curriculum, emphasize that "make every child develop his ablities according to his talent". Teachers should have independent and critical thinking ability, and can guide students to experience, reflect and apply. The teaching methods and materials of teachers should guide students how to construct knowledge and apply it to everyday life, and develop the independent thinking ability of students. This study is mainly to explore the relevance between participating adventure education activity and the change of elementary school and kindergarten teacher's self-efficacy, its purpose as follow: First, explore the relevance between participating adventure education activity and the change of teacher's self-efficacy. Second, explore the relevance between the different demographic variable and the change of self-efficacy. This study is with Nantou County elementary school and kindergarten teachers who participated adventure education activity before as example. Totally issued 192 questionnaires and got back 157 questionnaires, the effective response rate is 82%, and used SPSS statistical software as the analysis tool. The conclusions of this study as follow: 1.There's a significant relevance between participating adventure education activity and the change of elementary school and kindergarten teacher's self-efficacy. 2.There's a partially significant relevance between the different demographic variable and the change of elementary school and kindergarten teacher's self-efficacy.
