本研究主要是建立生產系統內物流績效衡量指標,評估物料在生產系統中流動的順暢度,利用工作抽查的方式,進行評估生產現場內的在製品(Work In Process, WIP)數量,不考慮生產系統中原物料與其他非生產產品,以WIP數量開始衡量,經過不同情況給予績效評估的條件,建立合理且更完善評估物料流暢度的績效指標,並進行績效指標之數據分析。 本論文透過研究方法設計出符合個案公司生產系統現況之物流績效指標,作為日常管理的關鍵績效指標,呈現個案公司整體生產系統中物流的順暢度,並建議公司可針對物流順暢度欠佳的生產區域,選擇適當的改善方法提升物流效率。本研究以個案說明研究方法的可行性,提出的物流績效指標計算方式,有助於企業試行績效評估,分析出生產系統內潛在問題。
This research develops a new performance indicator of material flow effectiveness for production systems. To develop the so-called flow value, the first step is performing work sampling on Work in Processes (WIP) of the current production. These WIPs are then given different weightings in the calculations of flow value, based on their job types, locations in the system, and so on. This flow value can represent the smoothness of material flow in a production system, thus can be used as real time indicator to evaluate the performance of production systems in time. Through case study on a machining equipment manufacturing company in Taiwan, this study validates the usefulness of using flow value as an indicator of material flow performance. This flow value is also capable of revealing areas where improvement can be made to effectively improve total system’s performance in terms of material flow.
