台灣中部一般建築工程水電管線系統建置之研究

摘要


改善一般建築工程中水電系統施工品質及相關設備維護,是營建工程中重要的工作,也是理論與實務界共同的議題。本研究根據二個工程案例,以實務觀點探討水電設備,只要設計施工良好的管道間及在施工管理中,務實建立各工項施工自主檢查表,即可確保營建和水電品質,有效減少建築與水電介面問題,促進工程執行更有效率。 目前建築與水電工程施工階段之介面問題,專業分工已是必然之趨勢,由於各工種的施工先後順序有所不同,工種間之關係亦日趨複雜化,本研究成果包括:案例現況勘察與專業技術員訪談分析中,掌握未來建築與水電管線系統建置發展之課題,並將建築與水電管線施工系統做到最有效的管理,提昇日後「施工品質」及「降低成本」和「減少工程糾紛」等問題,再從中歸納出結論與施工介面之建議,使建築整體工程中之水電工程,能依進度及先後順序施工,以達盡善盡美,實為相關工程實務界共同努力的目標。

Abstract Improvement of facility quality is a very important and essential task for building development projects during construction and maintenance process. In this research, study was conducted based on practical projects with focuses on developing better design criteria including an on-site checklist for the pipeline installation of the utility system construction not only by minimizing the interface interference between building structure and utility pipeline, but also by enhancing the efficiency of the construction activities to significantly upgrade the overall quality of the building construction. In recent years, sub-contracting system become necessary and is commonly used in many ordinary typical building projects due to interface interference problems and complexity of technical content and scheduling involved in every professional aspects at various construction stages. In the study, two practical construction projects in the Taichung area (one multiple story apartment building and one 1-story factory building) were used. Based on the selected two typical building construction projects, office design and field construction data were collected and analyzed and then discussed with the utility professionals during many field visits to the construction sites. Results of the study include identification of the critical issues for developing better design and construction techniques and improvement of utility system installation for building constructions projects with similar conditions. Results of she study also provide useful information and reference for the construction efficiency management with emphases on “construction quality”, “cost reduction”, and “controversy minimization” for future projects related to quality assurance and construction scheduling of utility system design and installation to improve construction techniques especially in solving interface interference problems and integration of both pipe-line installation and ordinary construction activities to complete the building projects in a more timing and efficient manner.
