碎形應用於漢字海報之設計研究

　　本研究旨在探討碎形理論應用於漢字海報之創作概念。首先以文獻學理為基礎，就「碎形理論與視覺藝術」之關係，整理出碎形法則、藝術心理學、美的形式原理等論述，並歸納三項碎形與美的形式原理之關連性：(1)碎形特性是藝術心理學理論之延伸結構、(2)碎形概念的規律性、(3)碎形概念的動態均衡。依此論述進一步導入漢字的特性與海報設計之間的關係，並以交叉討論模式，提出碎形理論應用於漢字海報設計之三項應用概念：(1)意象化之主題表達、(2)象徵化之關鍵強調、(3)視覺化之象形效果；再藉由相關作品實例之對應分析，歸納三項概念的實務應用方法，作為設計創作的發想依據。

　　設計創作以「漢字成語」為海報主題，結合碎形特性與漢字結構，發展出文字圖像以傳達成語的主題意涵，期望以此詮釋碎形理論在視覺傳達設計的應用創意。

　　設計過程與結果發現，海報版面的碎形構成中，不但仍可維持其字形之視認性，還可強調漢字的造字結構特色，更可以透過圖像化的重組傳達出成語主題意涵，可作為視覺傳達設計參考之經驗模式。

Abstract
　　It’s a study for a creative method of the fractal theory applied in Chinese typographic posters. First, it discusses the relationship between “fractal theory and visual art”, and collates fractal law, artistic psychology, and principle of aesthetic forming theories. Then, the relations between fractal and principle of aesthetic forming are organized as three points: (1) fractal’s character is an extended structure of artistic psychology. (2) the regularity of fractal concept, (3) the dynamic balance of fractal concept. After, it’s a continued discussion to the relationship between the Chinese character and poster design, following an overlapping discussion by both above. Last, the conclusion is the possibilities of fractal theory applied in Chinese typographic poster design with three concepts: (1) the expression of image subject (2) the emphasis of key symbolization, (3) pictographic effect of visualization.

　　The analysis casts fractal theory applied in Chinese typographic posters by related literature, to add those three concepts for analyzing and comparing, and apply it to a series experimental creation. The subject of creation comes from “Chinese character phrase, with the structure of Chinese character and fractal expression, to combine both for creative communication.

　　The result finds that there are lots of potential possibilities and changeability of fractal applied in poster graphic design. Especially in Chinese character poster design, not only is Chinese structure and legibility in picture constitution, but also it could communicate the meaning of phrase through graph recombination, and the entire poster shows the harmony visual creation. It is valuable that the study and the experience of experimental creation could provide reference to visual communication design.
