工作特性、工作價值觀與專業承諾之影響- 以大台中地區技職院校休閒觀光相關學系實習生為例

摘要


於現今休閒觀光產業中,實習生已是不可或缺的人力資源之一,實習生參與實習工作期間內,所屬外在的工作特性及內在的工作價值觀在在都是左右個人未來的職場選擇及發展的主因。 本研究主要是在探討大台中技職院校的休閒觀光相關學系的實習生進行問卷調查,以實習生的觀點及看法來評定實習期間工作特性及工作價值觀影響其畢業後是否選擇相關休閒產業。發放380份問卷,回收380份,回收率為100%。回收問卷經交叉比對,並剔除填答不完整者,得有效問卷325份,有效回收率為85.52%。並利用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析進行檢測。研究結果顯示,即不同個人背景變項對工作特性、工作價值觀有顯著差異。而實習生之工作特性、工作價值觀對專業承諾間有顯著正相關。因此,本研究最後依其結果提出相關建議與未來研究方向供學界與業界作為參考。

In the fields of the modern leisure and tourism industry, the apprentice students has become a critical source of its human resource. The students'' experience of the job characteristics and job values during the vocational work is the main influence on the decisions and expends of their future careers. This study is mainly focus on the influence of the students job characteristic and job values, which they gained from their vocational leisure and tourism work experience, to the decisions on whether or not choosing related indunstry for thier future career. In order to achieve the investigation by a student point of view, 380 question papers was released to the students in Great Taichung area, and all of them has returned. After rejecting the incomplete ones, there are total 325 question papers with the valid informations, which is 85.52% of all 380 returned copies. In addition, the data analysis and valuation is tested by briefing statistics, truthfulness, independent sample T-certification, ANOVA. According to the research statistic, it shows that the personal background sinificantly influence to their career characteristic and values. Furthermore, the apprentice students'' job characteristics and job values has a huge impect on their professional commitments. Therefore, according to the analysed result, this study provides related proposals and aspects of the future researches for reference to its academic and industry communities.
