組裝精度及補償一直都是織襪機針筒與主軸間組裝上所不可輕視的重要問題,本研究主要針對織襪機之允差精度設計及補償技術予以探討。由於市場的需求,如何更有效率的進行主軸組裝精度及補償修正,為織襪機之重要考量之一,並且同時降低工時成本,提昇競爭力。 移圈織襪機的構造,可分三個部份來解述,1.針筒部分2.傳動部分3.控制部份。由於針筒裝置乃針織機的主要傳動部分,故本文以該部分為主要研究重點。 本研究之方法係以實體運行,藉由實際觀察、量測來比較精度誤差值。最後利用允差理論設計,配合實際經驗,再次以電腦分析技術進行模擬,以達優質化設計。另外為配合實際業界製程技術及工時成本考量,增列搪磨補償技術之討論。提出搪模修正技術,使後續組裝、製造公差的問題得以改善。

Finally, the tolerance theoretical design with practical experience, again simulated by computer analysis techniques, to achieve high quality.
