應用BIM技術於鐵道工程之建築界限檢討-以臺鐵系統為例

摘要


鑒於鐵道運輸需求不斷提高及發展綠色交通運輸之趨勢,近年來政府致力於規劃與推動各項軌道系統相關建設。由於鐵道工程必須整合各類系統為一體,且各工程專業介面的協調與統整相較於其他類型工程更為複雜與困難,因此相關主管機關(鐵道局及各縣市政府捷運局)透過導入BIM(Building Information Modeling,建築資訊模型化)技術,協助公共設施全生命週期各階段工作的品質確保與介面整合,BIM技術於鐵道工程建設計畫中已成為明確之政策方向。BIM如何於鐵道工程建設過程中協助提升規劃設計品質與施工績效,仍有諸多實務課題亟待研討。其中關於「建築界限」的淨空確保,便是本研究擬著力之主題。 建築界限是在確保鐵道系統運行通暢與安全之目的下,要求軌道左右或上方之構造物必須與車輛保持一適宜間隔空間。本研究以臺鐵系統為例,應用BIM技術將建築界限之淨空範圍模型化,其結果如下: 一、 本研究產出之建築界限族群元件已於族群類型中設定參數,故可適用於各鐵道系統之建築界限。 二、 本研究編寫之Dynamo輔助建築界限模型建置程式,在有明確之曲線段資訊及軌道中心線的條件下,能應用於各類鐵道系統中檢討其建築界限淨空範圍與相鄰之路廊結構體與建築。 善用BIM模型可模擬真實完工情況的特性,提前於設計階段進行淨空檢核,提出鐵道工程建築界限檢核作業操作流程,便能有效避免因完工後才發現問題而導致之修改或重做損失與工期延宕。

To ensure that railway system’s demand can be responded and development of sustainable transport, the government institution in Taiwan has promoted the policy like railway construction in these years. Because railway construction has to combine various systems, the construction level is more difficult and complicated than general engineering. By using BIM(Building Information Modeling)can improve the problems that in various systems and building lifecycle management which is ask to offer the function in the directly policy. Actually, how to using this technology to improve the efficiency of construction in railway system, still has some issues to be discussed, especially the “structure gauge”, the limit of driving vehicle. As discussed above, the structure gauge is the path required for the passage of trains is kept clear along the route of a railway. This has the effect of forming a limit of building inside which no structures may intrude. This study is focus on the clearance of structure gauge based in railway system by using BIM. This research results are as follows: I. This study build the structure gauge elements can setting the parameter of each railway systems. II. This study programming a code by using Dynamo to aid the structure gauge modeling. Under the correct information and track centerline, may use this program to check the clearance with all railway systems. Using BIM model to simulate the properties of real completion for checking clearance in design stage, and put forward the railway clearance checking process can avoid the problems which after construction completion like delay and budget beyond.
