臺灣室內裝修防火材料應用探討

摘要


人類文明的進步、建築物規模的擴大,建築方式及室內裝修材料上日趨複雜且重要。「裝修材料」跟「裝飾材料」乃是不同的屬性,常因對於字面上的誤解而使用在室內裝修而造成了火災發生時的危害因子。本研究在於暸解裝修材料運用在建築物裝修行為時造成火災損害程度,期能在火災發生時增加人員逃生的時間及降低火災的危害因子產生。 本研究依內政部制定建築物室內裝修管理辦法及經濟部商品檢驗局和內政部制定之試驗防火材料試驗辦法,來探討防火材料的材質、防火材料主要構件及物理性、加工性及施工法等。主管機關應適時重新檢視目前現有之防火法規修訂外,更希望將國內發展之防火技術符合國際標準技術發展。 使用防火材料取代易燃材料做為建築物室內裝修材料,目的在防止火災之發生。火災發生時,使用具有防火等級之裝修材料,燃燒速度緩慢得以延遲火勢蔓延、高溫加熱時不會產生濃煙或有毒氣體,讓建築物內的人員有足夠的時間脫離火災現場,到達安全地區。本研究提供防火材料相關資訊給設計人員及施工人員對於防火材料的暸解而能適當的使用。

In the past several decades, the materials for building construction and interior renovation have become more complicated due to extended scope of structures resulting from the progress of human civilization. Construction materials have become major fire hazardous elements due to mis-understanding of the materials in terms of “decoration” and “renovation” characteristics. The study was conducted to investigate the damage effects of various interior renovation materials in the event of major fire accidents and in turns to reduce the risk of casualty by lengthening the time for escaping. In accordance with the requirements by the related government agencies, the research was carried out based on the material fire-proof test method and results in terms of basic physical properties, fire-proof characteristic, workability and durability of the renovation materials. Results of the study recommended that intensive review and proper revision of current material fire-proof codes by the government agencies are necessary to help the related domestic professionals and technology meet the international standards. Results of study also indicate the importance of using fire-proof materials instead of the popular, however very fire hazardous, renovation materials in the traditional building interior renovation in Taiwan. It is more critical in reducing risk of casualty and loss of properties by retarding spreading of fire and fatal smoke, and allow more time and space for people to escape from the building in fire. The results of study also provide useful information and test data for designers and contractors to better understand the fire-proof characteristics of the selected and studied building renovation materials which have been commonly used in Taiwan.
