塑膠機械產業為我國機械工業中的第三大產業,與德國、日本、義大利、美國、法國同列為世界上塑膠機械著名產製國家,為我國具代表性且非常有國際競爭力的機械產業之ㄧ。 本文根據俄羅斯對塑膠機械產品自2005?2008年之進口總值,應用灰色預測理論GM(1,1)預測模型,預測2009?2012年之需求及發展趨勢,並將研究結果提供給塑膠機械產品供應商做為市場規劃及銷售目標的參考。 獲得之研究結論為:2009?2012年俄羅斯市場對塑膠機械產品的需求呈現逐年增加之趨勢。由實際的實證分析中得知,本文採用GM(1,1)的預測模型,對俄羅斯市場對塑膠機械產品的需求進行預測,預測結果的精確度平均達90%以上,符合灰色理論強調少數據小樣本的預測特性。
Plastic machinery industry is the third biggest machinery industry in Taiwan, is one of the major supplier of plastic industry in the world with Germany, Japan, Italy, America and France. This aim of the research is to predict the demand of plastic machinery in Russian market for the period from year 2009 through 2012. Throughout the research, the GM(1,1) model is used to predict demand of plastic machinery in Russian market for the period from year 2009 through 2012. The past demand of the plastic machinery peripherals for the year 2005 through 2008 were used as seed information for the GM(1,1) model. These seed information were obtained from the import value of plastic machinery in Russia. After the calculation by using GM(1,1) model, we have the conclusion is that the future growth trend of the demand in Russian market. By using GM(1,1) model in our research, in general the precision is over 90%, means the GM(1,1) model is very satisfy in little data analysis.
