自來水工程中機電工程與土建工程是 一體兩面而相互依存,不同工程內容施工的先後順序亦不同,故經常發生各種施工界面問題。本研究以台灣自來水公司實務案例探討工程各階段之界面問題,歸納出目前自來水工程各項界面管理問題及改善解決方案,並就所獲得之經驗及教訓提出建議與結論,期能有效提升自來水工程施工品質及進度。 在整合工程界面管理中,機電工程自己本身的界面管理應先整合後方能再與土建工程整合,在本研究中發現自來水工程界面因工項繁瑣而複雜,若能以統包方式辦理發包,將使工程界面管理單純,而施工圖於套圖階段,若能建立三度空間施工圖,即可避免管路衝突及設備空間不足之問題,並能降低變更設計機率,建立標準施工界面管理更有助於提升施工效率及降低成本。
Mechanical/electrical engineering and civil engineering aspects of public water projects are closely linked and dependent on each other in many areas including different construction schedule, therefore, cause many kinds of construction interface problem during construction. The research focuses on various problems revealed from several construction projects by the Taiwan Water Corporation from which present construction interface management problems are reviewed and studied to develop solutions and tactics for improvements. Experiences and lessons obtained during the study and previous construction projects are included as the results to provide useful information for promoting construction quality of future projects by the Water Corporation. In practical projects, mechanical and electrical projects'' interface management should be first integrated to provide sound base for being integrated with the civil engineering projects. This research discovers that construction interface is complicated because of the complexity of construction items in public water projects. If turn-key contracts can be officially implemented, project interface management will be much simpler and straight forward. Also, if we can establish a 3-D construction drawing system, not only the pipeline interference and problems of facility space insufficiency can be avoided, the chances of design change can also be significantly reduced. The study results also suggest that the establishment of a SOP for construction interface management is essential for promoting construction efficiency and cost-cut for future projects.
