本研究旨在探討南投縣各公所服務於第一線之村里幹事,在現有體制下,對於本身工作角色的認知差異,進一步因里幹事角色衝突、角色模糊及角色負載等因素及可能產生之壓力感受進行相關分析,發現其中問題並尋求解決問題合理方式,本研究以問卷調查方式以作為主要研究之工具,問卷在南投縣13鄉鎮市公所共發放251份,有效樣本200份,並將所得到資料以敘述統計、交叉表卡方分析方式進行,研究結果如下: 一、 里幹事工作的角色模糊提高公務員工作壓力。 二、 里幹事工作的角色衝突增加工作焦慮感。 三、 里幹事工作的角色負載提高工作壓力並影響生活作息。 四、 里幹事的自身角色認同影響工作態度及服勤表現。 研究者將研究發現歸納成結論,並依據研究結果分別對中央政府及鄉鎮市公所主管機關、里幹事及後續研究者提出具體建議。 關鍵詞: 村里幹事、角色衝突、角色模糊、角色負載。
