桌面裝飾火焰產品之研究與發展

摘要


乙醇壁爐(Ethanol fireplaces)約在80年能源危機時被開發出來,應用在無法安裝壁爐的場合用來取代傳統木柴與燃氣式壁爐;傳統壁爐的型式分為通風式(Vented)與非通風式(Unvented)兩種,通風式壁爐須加裝氣體循環系統,其中包含進氣與排氣的氣管;而非通風式的壁爐因燃料屬於純淨能源,因燃燒規模不大,燃料使用時僅排放二氧化碳與水,可整體放置於住宅室內,不需要特別安裝排氣的氣管。 乙醇壁爐屬於非通風式壁爐,不需要專用的煙囪,因此可移動位置於室內安裝。使用時無煙無臭,亦不產生黑煙;應用上比傳統通風式壁爐更為簡單方便。由於乙醇壁爐的優勢眾多,如:安裝便宜、維護簡便、方便移動、百分之百燃燒熱能進入空間…等,過去幾年漸漸在現代建築成為裝飾火焰的主流;隨著市場的產品精緻化、特色區隔,特殊的焰型或效果也變成了乙醇壁爐發展的重點。但2009-2011年間,市售販賣的填充式乙醇燃料因使用不當而造成76起事故的傷亡,引起消費者產品安全委員會(CPSC)的高度重視並強制填充式乙醇燃料回收。 本論文基於裝飾燃燒裝置現況的問題點,進行安全性改善與高效能燃燒之研究。

Ethanol Fireplace in about 80 years when the energy crisis, it had been developed for the application that occasions couldn’t install fireplace. It was to replace traditional wood and gas fireplaces. Traditional fireplace were divided into vented and unvented. Vented includes the intake and exhaust pipe; rather than vented fireplaces are pure energy of fuel, due to small-scale combustion, carbon dioxide emissions from fuel use only with water, placed in overall residential interior, no special installation of the exhaust pipe. Ethanol fireplace was an unvented fireplace, it without chimneys, so you can move the location of indoors. When using, it was smokeless, odorless, nor produce black smoke. The application of ethanol fireplace was more convenient and simple than traditional vented fireplace. Because of the many advantages of ethanol fireplace, such as: installing inexpensive, easy to maintain, easy to move, one hundred percent of combustion heat into the space ... and so on, in the past few years ethanol fireplace become the mainstream of decorative flames in modern architectural gradually. With the products refined, features Segmented, a special flame-type or effect of ethanol fireplace has become a focus of development. However, between the years 2009-2011 it caused 76 casualties in the accident, using improper the trafficked filling-ethanol fuel. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)'s attention and force filled ethanol fuel recycling. In this paper, based on the problems of decorative devices, it research for safety improvement and energy efficiency burning.
