我國技職教育體系最主要的目標是要針對國家之經濟建設需要,培養所需要之專業技術人才,而政府也積極在強化技職體系資源的整合運用,並透過產學合作來進行資源共享教學活動。目前許多技職運用了「實習制度」的模式,透過實習課程將業界的實務經驗融入在教學之中,更促進雙方的交流及研究合作。 本研究旨在了解校外實習生對於實習課程之滿意程度,深入了解實習前的影響因素及實習後對於保險業及未來就業方向的看法。期待能根據研究之成果,提出辦理實習之相關建議,為達上述研究目的,本研究首先蒐集相關文獻加以整理、歸納及分析,以研究的理論基礎及教授老師們的建議作為擬定問卷內容的依據,以李克特氏法編製「校外實習滿意度問卷」,分為前後測,繼而進行實施問卷調查。
In view of the demand for economic development, the aim of the technological and vocational system in Taiwan is to cultivate talents with professional techniques. The government is actively reinforcing the integrated application of the resources in the technological and vocational system, and caring out resources-shared teaching activities through the cooperation between industry and schools. Currently, many technological and vocational schools perform the pattern of internship, which incorporates practical experiences from industry with education through internship programs, and accelerates the interaction and research cooperation between both. The research is to comprehend the off-campus students’ satisfaction for internship programs, and deeply find out factors before internship, outlook on the insurance and employment direction in the future after internship. With the study’s result, the research looks forward to proposing the relative advice on internship application. In order to achieve the above goals, first of all, the research collects related references, and arranges, organizes and analyzes them. Next, the research takes the theoretical ground and professors’ suggestions to be the basis of the content of the questionnaire. Afterwards, the research uses Likert scale to establish the “Satisfaction Questionnaire on Off-Campus Internship”. There are pretest and posttest, and then implement the questionnaire survey.
