防壓瘡氣墊床分壓機構之專利分析與設計

摘要


防壓瘡氣墊床發展三十多年已是一個相當成熟的產業,近年來市場競爭劇烈,研發能力與產品創新將是想在市場上占有一席之地的重要關鍵因素。 專利分析是一種用來做技術趨勢預測的方法,可以分析出專利集中區或專利空白處,提供企業了解某產品或元件相關之專利並藉此進行設計迴避或創新。本研究主要目的在於蒐集防壓瘡氣墊床分壓機構設計相關之中華民國專利資料,利用專利地圖分析法,建立以專利技術功能及元件為座標之技術功能矩陣圖,作為專利迴避設計之用途,以TRIZ創新法則的設計流程進行防壓瘡氣墊床分壓機構設計,並以此達到專利設計之目標。 本研究將專利檢索結果整理出專利件數分析圖、專利摘要分析表、專利年齡分析表、公司別分析圖等技術發展動向與專利佈局現況,並探討其研發趨勢及技術領域可能持續發展方向,提供決策者的判斷。同時改變防壓瘡氣墊床分壓機構作動方式,改善動態移轉壓力。

Air bed have been developed for over thirty years and it’s a considerably mature industry. In recent years, the competition in this industry has been keen. Therefore, the R&D abilities as well as product innovation will be the crucial factors to take the lead in the market. Patent analysis is an approach being applied to make predictions of technology development trends. This approach helps analyze the dense areas or unexplored areas of patents so that businesses are able to visualize what to circumvent or pursue in terms of design. This study aims at collecting the patent information in the R.O.C. and further applying the patent mapping analysis to establish a technology function matrix with patent-related technical functions and elements as coordinates. This matrix is used for the purpose of patent circumvention while designing. In addition, the design flows derived from the TRIZ inventive principles are adopted to design the differential pressure mechanism of the air bed so as to achieve a patent design. In this study, based on the patent search results, the analyses are made by patent case numbers, patent abstracts, patent terms and companies in order to explore the trends of technology development and current patent portfolios as well as discuss the potential R&D trends and ongoing development of technology fields. The information revealed in this study can be referred to by decision makers.while changing the way the differential pressure mechanism of the air bed.improving transfer of dynamic pressure.
