一般工程界,投標廠商對工程施工項目很容易填單價分析,但廠商得標以後再詳讀契約,以電扶梯工程為例,才發現電扶梯之設計、施工、測試等過程作業程序中必須符合捷運工程契約內容各項種種規範及規定而非比一般市面所施作電扶梯工程那麼單純,廠商因此產生無法適應現象或不知所措或往往徒勞工時。 有監於此,本篇論文旨為研編臺北都會區大眾捷運系統之電扶梯工程從基本設計、細部設計、施工、測試、實質完工、營運通車、啟動免費維修期、驗收、竣工、保固至工程結束為止等一系列施工管理上有效率督作程序及降低電扶梯施工成本,爾後可提供承作捷運之廠商或參與投標廠商或有興趣工程師們或從事捷運工程監工、督工人員之參考。
General speaking for constructional field, the tenderers are very easy to fill out the BOQ(Bill of Quantity). After tenderers got the escalator works from TRTS (Taipei Rapid Transit System) and read the contract’s provisions or regulations detailed again, then they found that they had done general market works of escalator which were many difference working procedures from TRTS’s specifications, such as procedures of design, construction and test etc. The contractors could not accommodate these procedures frequently and wasted so many man powers for unknown situation. Owing to above mention, this research mainly focuses on study one management model of constructive sequence of supervisory procedure for escalator construction in TRTS. How to perform construction management effectively and lower down construction cost of escalator works from basic design to detail design, then following one series work sequence such as construction period, testing, substantial completion of work, RSD (Revenue Service Day), maintenance free one year, acceptance of work, as well as warranty period etc., till the ending work at last. This procedure can illustrate all steps of escalator work situation and also presents reference for tenderers, TRTS’s constructors and sub-constructors, escalator workers, escalator supervisors, or interesting engineers in this kind work scope.
