企業導入RFID關鍵成功因素之研究－以P公司為例

摘要

近年來無線應用的發展廣受矚目，特別是無線射頻辨識系統(RFID)的研發創新及其不斷的改良進步，對產業的發展造成很大的影響，而其廣泛的用途也使許多企業希望能透過此一技術，降低生產及進貨成本，以及減少繁雜的流程管理和時間，並能快速追蹤貨物及提高利潤空間。
　　本研究以某家國際企業在台灣的半導體廠作為研究探討對象，探討其導入RFID的整個專案計畫過程。本研究除詳細介紹建置流程，也特別說明在進行評估時特別需注意及考慮之重點，透過個案訪談的方式，研究個案公司在其物流管理中，如何建置無線射頻辨識系統，在當中所遭遇到的困難以及如何解決，並歸納出個案公司建置之關鍵成功的重要因素。

The development of wireless applications is making headway in recent years, in particular the research and development of RFID. Its constant improvement is attracting many industries because this technology could be widely used for many purposes such as lowering the manufacturing or purchasing cost, reducing time and effort of logistic management. It could also be used for tracking goods and increasing profit margin.
　　This thesis research focuses on the investigation of a semiconductor manufacturing subsidiary of an international enterprise in Taiwan, which probes into the whole planning process of the case concerning the adoption of RFID. In addition to detailed description of the entire implementation process, this thesis specifies the key points which deserve more attention and consideration in evaluation likewise. This thesis discusses how to set up RFID application, difficulties encountered in the logistic management of the company, and the resolutions as well by way of interview. Meanwhile, it sums up critical success factors for the RFID implementation through the process in this case study.
