系列性商品的設計策略已經是目前所有產業中共同使用的行銷方式,當消費者購買了系列化商品其中的一項產品後,在下一次的產品選購中,極可能為了配合視覺的整體性,而挑選同系列的產品,無形中達到促銷的作用,增加市場佔有率,同時藉由系列性商品部分零組件的共用,降低了新產品設計與開發的成本。如何在不同的產品上使用相同的意象感覺,將他們調整為同一系列的產品,將是設計師的一項挑戰。 本研究旨在探討產品中系列性意象之要素及其應用在產品設計上之可行性,首先調查現有之系列性商品,接著經由系列性事例之調查,分析系列性概念之結構,進而以衛浴產品之設計為例,針對系列性結構中之故事性系列進行設計與驗證。具體研究成果歸納如下: 1、現有商品可歸納為色彩性系列、收藏性系列、聯想性系列、功能性系列、成套性系列、家族性系列、世代性系列、延續性系列、主題性系列與商業促銷性系列等10類。 2、系列性概念之結構主要由以下三點所形成:〈1〉人物為主題成套性的推出,分成同一時期推出及分別在不同的時間持續推出。〈2〉具有功能性或故事性的同一種特質組成系列。〈3〉以日常生活中的知識串成系列性的感覺。 3、依據故事性的手法進行衛浴產品之設計符合系列性要素:統一的、整體的、完整的、延續的、協調的意象。
The design strategy for series of commodities is already the common marketing method used in all of the present industries. After consumers purchased one of a series of products, in the next product purchase, they may most likely select the same series of products for matching up visual integrity. Virtually, it reaches the function of marketing and increases market shares. Simultaneously, by common use of part of components of series of commodities, costs of new product design and development are reduced. Therefore, how to use the same image and feeling on different products to adjust them into the same series of products is a new challenge to a designer. This study aims to investigate a series of image elements in products and the feasibility of their application on product design. First, we surveyed the existing series of commodities, and then by the surveys of series of examples, we analyzed the structure of series of concept. Next, we took the design of bathroom products for example to aim at narrative series in series of structure to conduct design and verification. The specific research results are summarized as below: 1、The existing products can be induced to series of colors, collections, association, function, sets, family, generations, continuity, theme, and commercial marketing, a total of 10 series of classification. 2、The structures of series of concept are composed of the following 3 parts: (1) A sets of launch of characters as the theme – they are divided into the launch at the same period or continues launch respectively at different time. (2) The series composed of the same characteristics with functions or narratives. (3) The series of feeling stringed up by knowledge of daily lives. 3、Based on narrative practices, we conducted design of bathroom products to conform to a series of key elements: unified, entire, complete, continuous, and coordinate images.
