產品使用動作重複方式之期待意象

摘要


本研究之目的在探討產品使用過程中動作的重複方式對使用過程期待意象之影響。內容共包含以下二大部分:第一部分為先依據先前研究「產品使用節奏對使用過程期待意象之影響」所萃取出與操作動作重複方式相關之設計手法,並蒐集與動作重複方式相關之具體事例,再利用群集分析整理出分屬二種產品使用過程動作重複類型之10項具體設計手法。第二部分依前階段所得之具體手法設計成測試樣本,實施意象之測試,探討產品使用上動作重複方式與期待意象間之對應關係、各群使用動作重複方式樣本之期待意象與綜合評價之因果關係以及各樣本群間綜合評價之比較。 研究得知產品使用動作重複方式之期待意象可由表現產品使用過程所引發之情緒變化程度的「激動的-冷靜的」因素,及表現產品使用過程中,傳達給使用者的訊息明確程度以及使用者對於下一步的預測之「曖昧突發-次序分明」因素所構成。 若在產品使用過程中加入特別使用方式並以多個動作交替進行,並於每個操作動作結束後提供使用者階段回饋以提示下一步操作,最後所產生非預期的結果,能讓使用者產生「刺激的」、「希望的」、「多變的」、「驚喜的」、「清晰的」、「渴望的」以及「創新的」之感覺,並進而產生有趣、期待感及喜歡使用。換言之,在產品設計中,若能增加操作動作的種類及動作重複方式上的變化性,可提高使用者對產品的正面評價。

The purpose of this research is to conduct study on the effect on the expected image in the course of usage by repetitive action method in the course of using the product. The contents include two major parts: The first part will first base on the design method relevant to the repetitive action method extracted from the previously researched “effect on the expected image in the course of usage by the rhythm of usage” and concrete case relevant to the repeated action method is collected. Then cluster analysis method is used to sort out the 10 concrete design methods of the repeated action type in the course of the usage of two kinds of product. According to the concrete method obtained based on the above stage, test samples are designed and image tests are carried out. This is to study the corresponding relationship between the above repetitive action method in product usage and the expected image, the cause and consequence relationship between the expected image of repetitive action method sample used by various groups and the synthesized evaluation and the comparison in the synthesized evaluation between various sample groups. In this research, the expected image of the repetitive action method in the course of using the product can be formed by the factor of emotional change from “Agitated – Calm” induced during the course of performing the usage of the product and the level of clearness of the information transmitted to the user during the course of performing the usage of the product and the factor of prediction on the further step of “Ambiguously sudden – Ordered clearly” by user. If special usage method is added in the course of using the product and is carried out with multiple action, after the conclusion of each operation action, feedback in stages can be provided to the user so as to prompt the next action and the unexpected result acquired finally will enable user to generate the feeling of “Exciting”, “Promising”, “Changeable, “Pleasantly surprised”, “Clear, “Thirsty”and “Creative” thereby causing the feeling of interesting, expectation and love to use. From this it can be known that in the course of product design, if the type of operation action and the changeability of the repetitive action method can be added, this can enhance the positive evaluation on the products by users.
