摘要


本研究使用價格低的商業上固定化candida antarctica脂肪分解酵素在培養振盪器上轉酯化大豆油與甲醇以產生生質柴油。由結果顯示在批示反應系統中的最佳操作條件為:5 wt%相對於油的分解酵素重量;油醇比為1比4;1 wt%相對於油的水重量;反應溫度40℃;震盪頻率200 rpm;反應時間72小時,所得到的最大產率為88%。在使用tert-butanol 沖洗反應過後的lipase,將使lipase維持一定的活性,重複反應6次後產率依然維持在58%。以玻璃製流體化床反應器於常溫下的最佳操作條件為:5 wt%相對於油的酵素重量;油醇比為1比3;反應物流速200 ml/min;反應時間72小時,所得到的最大產率為63%。由結果顯示,轉酯化反應在常溫下依然有不錯的產率,應可使用於工業化的大量生產。

The transesterification of soybean oil and methanol was investigated with a cheap, commercially immobilized enzyme from candida antarctica in an incubator shaker. The optimum conditions of the transesterification in batch system are as follows: 5 wt% lipase based on oil weight; oil/methanol molar ratio 1:4; 1 wt% water; reaction temperature at 40℃; vibration speed at 200 rpm; reaction time for 72 h, and the maximum methyl esters yield is 88%. The yield is 58% after being repeatedly used for 6 times when tert-butanol is adopted to wash lipase. The optimum conditions of the transesterification in a glass-made fluidized bed at room temperature are as follows: 5% lipase based on oil weight; oil/methanol molar ratio 1:3; flow rate at 200 ml/min; reaction time for 72 h, and the maximum methyl esters yield is 63%. The results show that the transesterification reaction can be processed in mass production at room temperature.
