應用田口方法對二氧化氯進行腸球菌消毒 效率評估

摘要


由於腸球菌存在大腸及泌尿生殖道,經常因糞口途徑或直接接觸造成傳染。感染源自病患的腸道菌落,可在人與人之間相互傳染,或經受污染的食物或飲水傳播。近年來腸球菌已經被視為院內感染之重要病源微生物,且對第一二線抗生素具抗藥性,甚至引起心內膜炎、敗血病及尿道感染等病症。 一般在進行汙水或飲用水處理,經常使用次氯酸鈉作為化學消毒方法,然而存在產生三氯甲烷致癌物,與過量餘氯對人體有害的缺點。由於近年來二氧化氯的強氧化性和卓越的殺菌能力,目前已被廣泛應用於水質處理。再者,二氧化氯是利用氧化還原反應破壞微生物結構,因而沒有傳統加氯消毒的副作用。 基於以上原因,本研究之目的為找到腸球菌添加二氧化氯消毒的適用條件,我們運用田口方法對各項實驗因子可分析的特性、來進行實驗設計,進行多項因子變化影響腸球菌消毒效率的評估。 實驗結果顯示,實驗號2、3、5、6、7有最佳的消毒效果,其消毒效率達到100%,實驗號9其消毒效率則降低到98.16%、實驗號8其消毒效率則降低到97.9%、實驗號1其消毒效率則降低到95.1%,在實驗號4消毒效率儘剩93.7%效果較不明顯。各因子的水準比較中,處理時間和菌液濃度於水準3(15min和5×108cfu/ml)有最佳的消毒效果,二氧化氯濃度也在水準3(500ppm),呈現較好效果。而影響消毒效率最大因子為二氧化氯濃度,隨著濃度的提升而增加消毒的效率。綜合以上結果,田口方法適用於消毒效率的評估,而二氧化氯對腸球菌能產生有效的消毒作用。

Is carrying on the sewage generally or drinks the water treatment, uses the sodium hypochlorite to take the chemical disinfection method frequently, however exists produces the chloroform careinogen, with excessive Yu Lv to human body harmful shortcoming.As a result of the recent years chlorine dioxide strong oxidability and remarkable sterilization ability, widely have been applied at present in water quality processing.Furthermore, the chlorine dioxide uses the redox reaction destruction microorganism structure, thus does not have the tradition to add the chlorine disinfection the side effect. Based on above reason, goal of the this research for found the enterococcus increase chlorine dioxide disinfection the suitable condition, we utilize the field mouth method the characteristic which may analyze to each experimental factor, carry on the experiment to design, carry on many factor change influence enterococcus disinfection efficiency the appraisal. The experimental result showed that, the experimental number 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 has the best disinfection effect, its disinfection efficiency achieves 100%, the experimental number 9 its disinfection efficiencies reduce to 98.16%, the experimental number 8 its disinfection efficiencies reduce to 97.9%, the experimental number 1 its disinfection efficiency reduce 95.1%, remains 93.7% effects in the experimental number 4 disinfection efficiencies not to be obvious.In various factors standard comparison, the process time and the vaccine density 3 (15min and 5×108cfu/ml) have the best disinfection effect in the standard, the chlorine dioxide density also in the standard 3(500ppm), presents the good effect.But affects the disinfection efficiency biggest factor is the chlorine dioxide density, increases the disinfection along with the density promotion the efficiency.Synthesizes above result, the field mouth method is suitable for the disinfection efficiency appraisal, but the chlorine dioxide can have the effective disinfection to the enterococcus.
