服務領導、組織信任與組織承諾關係之研究-以南部科技大學社團成員為例

摘要


學生社團活動是學生在教育生涯的重要關鍵,亦是課外活動的重要主軸,期待透過課後社團活動參與促進學生更加了解社團運作及個人人格素養的養成,以全人教育為目標,發展社團人的個人特色。 本研究旨在探討科技大學社團學生參與社團時,其對社團負責人服務領導、組織信任與組織承諾知覺間之相關性,分別整理相關研究的分析與看法。最後,從研究發展的收集和面向討論,進行實證研究架構的範圍與建議。 本研究之對象為南部科技大學社團學生,採用問卷調查法,以知覺社團負責人服務領導量表、組織信任量表及組織承諾量表等研究工具獲得所需資料,再以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、皮爾森基差相關分析、Scheffe'事後檢驗法、多元逐步回歸分析等統計方法進行分析,以瞭解學生社團參與情形。研究母體以三所公立科技大學及三所私立科技大學為主,共計發放360份問卷,回收353份問卷。經資料分析後,研究結果發現:1.社團負責人服務領導對組織承諾有顯著預測力。2.社團成員組織信任對組織承諾有顯著預測力。3.社團負責人服務領導、社團成員組織信任對組織承諾有顯著預測力。4.不同個人背景變項(學校屬性、社團規模、擔任職務、平均每周參與社團時間)對服務領導有顯著差異;不同個人背景變項(社團規模、擔任職務、參與社團年資、平均每周參與社團時間)對組織信任有顯著差異;不同個人背景變項(社團規模、擔任職務、參與社團年資、平均每周參與社團時間)對組織承諾有顯著差異。 本研究根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提供數點建議,以提供社團指導老師及社團負責人在經營社團時參考。

Participating in school clubs plays an important part in a student s school career and also is center of extracurricular activities. Expecting the students will have a better understanding on the operations of school clubs and well development of good personality. Setting holistic education as goal, and to create the every own characteristic of each school club. This research attends to discuss and analysis related research in the correlations of the Service Leadership of the operators in the school clubs, the Organizational Trust, and the Organizational Commitment. Finally, studying the empirical research frameworks from the research development. The objects of this research using questionnaires to the students of technology university in South of Taiwan. This study used Service Community Leaders Perceived Leadership Scale, Organizational Trust S, Organizational Commitment Scale and other research tools to obtain the required information, and then analyzed by Descriptive statistics, Independent Samples t-test, ANOVA, Piersenji Poor Correlation Analysis, Scheffe Statistical Methods' post-test and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis to analysis the patispation of school clubs. Totally 360 questionnaires were issued and 353 questionnaires were recovered from 3 state technology university and 3 private technology university. After analysize, the research results are as following: 1. The prediction of the Service Leadership of the operators is positively related to Organizational Commitment. 2. The prediction of Organizational Trust of the school club members is positively related to Organizational Commitment. 3. The prediction of the Service Leadership of the operators is positively related to Organizatiinal Trust and Organizational Commitment of the school club members. 4. There are significant differences between individual background variables (school property, community size, hold office, the average time per week to participate in the community) on service leadership. There are significant differences between individual background variables (size of community, hold office, community participation seniority, average weekly community participation time) on organizational trust. There are significant differences between individual background variablrs (size of community, hold office, community participation seniority, the average time per week to participate in the community) on organizational commitment. This study is discussed and provided several suggestions according to the results above for the use of school club advisers and operators.
