居家托育人員專業能力與訓練需求之相關研究-以臺中市為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解臺中市居家托育人員己具備專業能力現況及訓練需求之相關性,並進一步探究不同個人背景變項居家托育人員在專業訓練及其需求差異程度間之相關性。本研究採量化研究,採用問卷調查法,以分層隨機採樣方式抽取臺中市居家托育服務中心600位在職居家托育人員為研究對象,研究工具為自編,以SPSS 統計應用軟體進行統計分析。回收有效問卷共551份,可用率為91.8%,所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異性分析、相關分析及多元回歸進行資料分析。研究結果如下; 一、不同背景變項居家托育人員在已具備之專業能力上部分達顯著差異。 二、不同背景變項居家托育人員在進修需求上未達顯著性差異。 三、已具備之專業能力與訓練需求之間存在顯著低度負相關。 四、親職教育之專業能力對於訓練需求有顯著預測力。 最後,依據本研究的主要研究結論,提出具體之建議,以供居家托育服務管理輔導相關單位及未來研究之參考。 關鍵詞:居家托育、居家托育人員、專業能力、專業訓練、專業訓練需求

The objective of this study was to explore the existing professional competencies, training needs, and how they are correlated among family childcare providers in Taichung City. Further, this study also investigated differences in their professional training and training needs across background variables. Based on a quantitative research approach, this study administered a questionnaire survey to 600 incumbent family childcare providers of Taichung City Family Childcare Service Center, who were selected using stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was self-developed, and SPSS was utilized to statistically analyze the data. A total of 551 valid responses were collected, resulting in a valid response rate of 91.8%. The collected responses were analyzed using methods including descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1.Family childcare providers’ existing professional competencies partly differed significantly across background variables. 2.Family childcare providers’ training needs were not significantly different across background variables. 3.A low but significant degree of correlation was observed between existing professional competencies and training needs. 4.The professional competency of parenting education was a significant predictor of training needs. Finally, based on the main conclusions, this study provided suggestions to the administrative authority of family childcare services and future researchers.
