本研究旨在探討南投縣水里鄉教師對性別平等教育知能及其落實情形。本研究採用質性方法中的文件分析法及半結構式訪談研究法,對五位國民小學教師進行訪談並錄音,將錄音資料轉為逐字稿且編碼,再將訪談內容根據問題與文獻資料相互比對、分析,獲得結果如下: 一、國小教師性別平等教育實施現況以隨機教學多於融入式課程。 二、性別平等教育之教材來源以網路資訊、影片、新聞、報章雜誌為主。 三、課程進度及學生背景影響性別平等教育融入課程之頻率。 四、行為觀察是確定性別平等教育之教學成效的關鍵。 五、學生對於性別平等教育之反應與接受度隨其背景變相及課程主題而有所差異。 六、校園實施性別平等教育課程及活動內容主題偏重性侵害、性騷擾。 七、授課時間不足及家長觀念影響性別平等教育課程實施之深度與廣度。
This study aimed to explore elementary school teachers’ cognition and current situation of gender equality education teaching of Shueili Township in Nantou County. This study applied semistructured interview and there were five elementary school teachers who participated this research. By reviewing the interview transcripts and analyzing datas, the results of this study were as follows: 1. Elementary school teacher choosed Incidental teaching method more than Incorporation teaching method to teach gender equality education. 2. Network Informations, videos, news and magazines were the resources of gender equality education. 3. Curriculum pacing and background of students were two factors of incorporating gender equality education. 4. Behavior observation is the key point of gender equality education’s outcome. 5. Students’ responses and acceptance of gender equality education varied with their background disguise and course theme. 6. School’s gender equality education curriculums and activities content is biased towards sexual assault and sexual harassment. 7. Insufficient teaching time and parental values influenced the depth and breadth of gender equality education curriculum.
