臺中市國民中學學生品格發展實施內容之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究旨在探討臺中市國民中學學生品格發展實施內容之向度與國民中學學生品格核心價值。除透過相關文獻探討,本研究並採用自編問卷調查進行實徵研究,以分層隨機抽樣的方式抽取臺中市29個行政區域,就讀本學年度公立國民中學810位學生為研究對象,研究工具以「臺中市國民中學學生品格發展內容向度現況調查問卷」為主,利用SPSS 12.0 for Windows統計軟體以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析與處理。做為協助國民中學學生、教師、教育行政機關、家長、社區等實施品格教育以及未來研究之參考。研究結論如下: 一、臺中市公立國民中學學生在品格發展實施內容的因素依家庭、學校、社區、個人分成四大層面、十七個類別。 二、臺中市公立國民中學學生在品格發展內容向度統整歸納出六個向度,分別為:1﹒支持與保障;2﹒關心與參與;3﹒楷模與期望;4﹒承諾學習;5﹒自我概念;6﹒社會能力。 三、臺中市國民中學學生認為學校最應優先教導的品格核心價值前十名依序為:1﹒關懷;2﹒信任;3﹒善解人意;4﹒服務;5﹒情緒控制;6﹒接納;7﹒感恩;8﹒善良;9﹒責任;10﹒合作。 四、臺中市國民中學學生整體上,在39題項的品格發展內容向度中,平均擁有的品格發展內容向度數目為33.70項,屬於高程度符合。 五、臺中市國民中學學生不同年級、家庭狀況、家長社經地位、學業成就在品格發展內容向度上有顯著差異。 六、臺中市國民中學學生不同性別、學校所在地、學校規模在品格發展內容向度上無顯著差異。 關鍵詞:國民中學學生、品格發展、品格教育實施內容

Abstract The study aimed at exploring the content of implementing character development of the junior high school students in Taichung City as well as the core values of the character development of the students. Besides literature review, the researcher used self-made questionnaires for empirical study, adopting the stratified random sampling method to select answerers from 810 students in public junior high schools in 29 administrative divisions of Taichung City this school year. The research was done mainly by using “Questionnaires of the State of Play in the Content Dimension of Character Development of Junior High Students in Taichung City,” and then by means of SPSS 12.0 for Windows, it analyzed the data with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis of variance and other statistical methods. The research served as a reference for helping the students and teachers of junior high school, administrative organizations, and students’ parents, their communities, etc. to implement character education or study about it in the future. The research leads to the conclusion as follows. 1.The factors of the content of implementing character development of the students in public junior high schools in Taichung are divided into four parts, family, school, community, and personal, with seventeen categories. 2.The content dimensions of character development of the students in public junior high schools are the six ones: (1)support and protection (2)care and participation (3)modeling and expectation (4)commitment and learning (5)self-concept (6)social ability. 3.The top ten core values of character that the students in junior high school in Taichung City think are the priorities in school education are as follows (in order): (1)care (2)trust (3)thoughtfulness (4)service (5)emotion controlling (6)acceptation (7)thankfulness (8)kindness (9)responsibility (10)cooperation. 4.As to the 39 items of the content dimension of character development, the junior high students in Taichung City have 33.70 items on average, very tallied with 39. 5.There is significant difference in the content dimensions of character development between the junior high students of different grades, family backgrounds, parents’ socioeconomic statuses, and academic achievements. 6.There is no significant difference in the content dimensions of character development between the junior high students of different gender, school locations, and school sizes.
