本研究旨在探討國小學生家庭氣氛、師生關係與品格表現間之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中市10所國民小學四、六年級學生共567人為研究對象;研究工具包括「家庭氣氛量表」、「師生關係量表」以及「品格表現量表」;並將調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t-test、單因子變異數分析、典型相關以及多元迴歸等統計方式進行分析。研究結果如下: 一、國小學生知覺家庭氣氛品質屬中上程度,以「家庭秩序」層面的品質最佳。 二、國小學生知覺師生關係品質屬中上程度,以「教師角色符合」層面的品質最佳。 三、國小學生知覺之自我品格表現屬中上程度,以「誠實」層面的表現最佳。 四、國小學生在家庭氣氛的知覺上,因其「家庭結構」、「家庭社經地位」的不同而有顯著差異。 五、國小學生在師生關係的知覺上,因其「年級」、「性別」的不同而有顯著差異。 六、國小學生在自我品格表現的知覺上,因其「年級」、「性別」、「家庭結構」、「家庭社經地位」的不同而有顯著差異。 七、國小學生家庭氣氛知覺與品格表現呈現正相關、師生關係知覺與品格表現也呈正相關。 八、國小學生知覺之家庭氣氛、師生關係可以有效預測學生品格表現。 最後依據研究結果,提出具體建議,作為父母、教師、學校與相關輔導單位及未來研究上的參考。
The study investigated perceived Family Atmosphere, Teacher-Student Relationship and character performance among elementary school students. A questionnaire survey was administered to fourth and sixth-grade students from ten elementary school in Taichung City. A total of 567 valid responses were collected. The research instruments included “Family Atmosphere Scale,” “Teacher-Student Relationship Scale,” and “Character Performance Scale.” The collected responses were statistically processed using methods, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical Correlation and multiple regression analysis. The main findings were as follows: 1. The elementary school students’ perceptions of family atmosphere quality are above intermediate level, with the best quality shown in “family order” level. 2. The elementary school students’ perceptions of teacher-student relationship quality showed a medium-high degree of relevance, with the best quality shown in “teacher’s role identification” level. 3. The elementary school students’ perceptions of their character performance are above intermediate level, with the best performance shown in “honesty.” 4. The elementary school students’ of family atmosphere significantly varied by their family structure and socioeconomic status. 5. The elementary school students’ perceptions of teacher-student relationship quality significantly varied by their grade and gender. 6. The elementary school students’ perceptions of their character performance significantly varied by their grade, gender, family structure and socioeconomic status. 7. There are significant and positive correlations among students’ perception of family atmosphere, teacher-student relationship quality, and character performance. 8. Students’ character performance can be effectively predicted by their perceived family atmosphere and teacher-student relationship quality. According to the findings of the study, we can provide some suggestions for parents, teachers, schools, counseling-related organizations, and for future research.
