集體記憶與文化傳承之研究-以中臺科技大學為例

摘要


摘 要 中臺科技大學創校迄今,秉持認同的精神文化,培育無數醫護人才,本研究探討其學校組織文化的內涵。以「學校組織文化」理論及「集體記憶」的敘事模式作為研究的理論基礎,透過「田野調查」之「實地觀察」、「深度訪談」及「文件分析」等方法,將學校過去的生活經驗以集體記憶的敘事模式蒐集出來,再轉化為學校組織文化的內涵,希望能促進學校的永續發展與文化傳承。主要研究結果發現如下: 一、 校園環境陶冶師生自然人文氣質 二、 校園建築兼具時代意義與歷史傳承 三、 符號象徵彰顯治學理念和教育目標 四、 儀式慶典反映情意價值與文化的傳承 五、 校長落實「老實辦學」之教育精神 六、 校長充分授權與溝通流暢的領導模式 七、 行政秉持清廉無私與以身作則的處事原則 八、 師長富有愛與關懷的教育價值觀 九、 教師具備技術專業與學術研究的專業信念 十、 師生擁有運動強身與健康醫學的人生觀 十一、 成員充滿團結合作與互助和諧的人際關係 十二、 實習制度傳承「在學中做,在做中學」的見習模式 十三、 師生實踐醫國醫人與關懷社區的服務精神 十四、 校友發揮感恩回饋的愛校情懷

Abstract The Central Taiwan University was found with the goals to uphold our spiritual cultural identity, and cultivate this growth in our health care professionals. This study used Central Taiwan University as an example to investigate the cultural factors for a school organizational culture. The “organizational culture of the school” and “collective memory” were used as the theoretical foundation. The methods adopted in this study were the site observation, interview and documents analysis qualitative research. The collective memory was gathered from the past experiences of school life which created common factors for the school’s culture. The main conclusions are listed as followings: 1. The natural and human temperament of teacher and student are molded by the campus environment. 2. The campus constructions included both of the meaning of the times and historical tradition. 3. The academic ideas and educational objectives are demonstrated by symbols. 4. Affective value and culture are reflected by the ceremony and celebration activities of the school. 5. The spirit of education was implemented by principal is the "honest to manage a school " 6. The leadership model of principal is full authority and communication fluently. 7. Honest, selfless administration can set a good example of doing things. 8. Teachers have love and care values of education. 9. Teachers have technical expertise and academic research of the professional belief. 10. Life philosophy of teachers and students was active sports, and health medicine knowledge. 11. The interpersonal relationships of members were solidarity and cooperative, mutual and harmonious. 12. The practice model of "to learn by doing" was carried on by internship system. 13. Teachers and students practiced the service spirit of medical treatment for people, community, and country. 14. Alumni show their love for school by grateful feedback.
