本研究旨在探討少子化時代下國民小學教師對班級經營現況的感受 度;進一步分析不同背景變項的級任教師在面臨少子化衝擊所採取的因應策略之差異情形;最後,分析因應策略對於實施滿意度之預測成效。研究對象為臺中市國民小學班級級任教師,研究方法採問卷調查法,所得資料以描述性統計量、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與多元逐步迴歸方法進行資料分析。依據研究結果,歸納出下列結論。 一、 國民小學教師對少子化時代下班級經營現況所面臨之各種問題普遍均具有高度認同,在「班級常規」向度上的感受程度為最高,在「班級氣氛」向度上的感受程度上則相對為最低。 二、 國民小學教師對少子化時代下班級經營現況的感受程度,因性別、服務年資、任教年段及學校規模之不同而有顯著差異。但不因學校位置之不同而有顯著差異。 三、 國民小學教師在少子化時代下所採取的班級經營因應策略,因服務年資、任教年段及學校位置之不同而有顯著差異。但不因性別及學校規模之不同而有顯著差異。 四、 國民小學教師對少子化時代下班級經營因應策略之實施滿意度,因服務年資及任教年段之不同而有顯著差異。但不因性別、學校位置及學校規模之不同而有顯著差異。 五、 少子化時代下國民小學教師班級經營現況與教師因應策略有顯著正相關, 班級經營因應策略與實施滿意度同樣有顯著正相關。 六、 國民小學教師班級經營因應策略對實施滿意度有顯著的預測力,其中,以「班級常規」向度之因應策略對實施滿意度的預測力為最高。
The primary porpose of this research was to understand the teachers’ perception to current situation of Classroom Management in elementary schools under the trend of Declining Birth Rate. Secondly, the researcher analyze the differences of the Coping Strategies of Classroom Management in elementary school teachers with different background variables. At last, the researcher analyze the predict from the Coping Strategies to their classroom management Satisfaction .The research is concluded by questionnaire collected from the elementary school teaches from Tai-chung county. The data was analyzed by the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way Anova, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows. 1. The elementary school teacher'' perception to current situation of Classroom Management under the trend of Declining Birth Rate is above average,while the degree in the class rules is much higher but relatively lower in the Classroom atmosphere. 2. There are existed significant differences within gender, years-of-teaching,teaching grade and school scale in the teachers’ perception aspects to current situation of Classroom Management. but haven,t significant differences within School areas. 3. There are existed significant differences within years-of-teaching, teaching grade and School areas in Classroom Management Coping Strategies aspects. but haven,t significant differences within gender and school scale . 4. There are existed significant differences within years-of-teaching and teaching grade in classroom management Satisfaction aspects. but haven,t significant differences within gender, School areas and school scale . 5. There are positive correlations between the teachers’ perception to current situation and Coping Strategies of Classroom Management. 6. The Coping Strategies of Classroom Management of elementary school teachers could significantly predict the classroom management Satisfaction.
