當代以身體作為哲學觀點出發的知名現象學者—梅洛龐蒂(Maurice Merle- au-Ponty),他認為身體是作為主體與空間整體共存的重要基礎,透過身體我們可以感受外在空間規劃所形構出來的感知。本研究主要目的即以梅洛龐蒂的身體現象學作為理論基礎,探討身體與校園空間規劃之整體互動關係。 本研究以本校教師與高年級學童為研究對象,藉由教師、學童背景屬性與校園空間規劃之「機能性」、「舒適性」、「安全性」、「學習性」、「視覺美觀」等五項身體知覺構面,及校園八類型空間規劃進行教師身體知覺問卷普查及對高年級學童的身體知覺作問卷調查,目的在探討學童與教師對校園空間規劃的身體知覺現況與差異,希冀對校園空間規劃提出具體參考指標與改善建議。 本研究教師回收有效問卷計77份,學童回收有效問卷計424份,經相關統計分析後,本研究有以下之發現: 一、臺中縣葫蘆墩國民小學教師對校園空間整體規劃的「機能性」與「舒適性」身體知覺感受較其他身體知覺為佳。 二、臺中縣葫蘆墩國民小學高年級學童對校園空間整體規劃的「機能性」身體知覺感受較其他身體知覺為佳。 三、不同背景變項之教師對校園空間規劃各層面的身體知覺均無顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項之高年級學童之「班級教室所在樓層」對校園空間規劃各層面身體知覺有顯著差異。 五、臺中縣葫蘆墩國民小學教師對各類型校園空間規劃「舒適性」、「安全性」、「視覺美觀」之身體知覺有顯著差異。 六、臺中縣葫蘆墩國民小學高年級學童對各類型校園空間規劃之身體知覺均有顯著差異。
Mearleau-Ponty, as a modern famous phenomenologist, illuminates his philosophical ideas based on the body phenomenology. He believes that human bodies are the most important basic co-existing structures between subjects and space in the world. We perceive the world from the designed space through our bodies. This research is based on Mearleau-Ponty’s theory. The author intends to investigate the whole communicating relationship between bodies and the space design of the elementary school where the author works. The data of this research is collected by the author from the questionnaires filled out by senior students and teachers of the elementary school. The five cognitive factors of bodies are: "functional", "comfort", "security", "learning", and "visual aesthetics". Campus space design for the eight types of body perceptions are applied to evaluate the sensations perceived and differences brought by the campus. The goal of this research is to investigate if the design of the school space is related to the sensations perceived by the students and the teachers. This research is expected to contribute to the empirical related studies and for the future references in the field of school space design. 77 valid questionnaires and 424 valid questionnaires are gathered from the teachers and students of senior level an elementary school. After the related statistical analysis, the findings of this research are as followings: 1. Compare with the students, the teachers have better overall body perceptions to the "function" and "comfortable" of the design of space of Huludun Elementary School in Taichung County. 2. The students of senior level have better perceptions on the overall design of space "function" in Huludun Elementary School in Taichung County. 3. There is no significant difference on body perception with teachers from different backgrounds. 4. There are significant differences on " the classroom in the different floor" of campus space design with senior students from different backgrounds. 5. There are significant differences with teachers’perceptions on various campus spaces on "comfort", "security", and " visual aesthetics ". 6. The students reveal different perceptions to various spaces on campus in Huludun elementary school in Taichung County.
