軍職人員留職意願影響因素之研究

摘要


本論文主要探討影響台灣軍職人員留職意願的因素有那些,在本研究中採取問卷測試的量化研究,進行問卷施測後共收回有效問卷166份,且該問卷設計採用Cronbach’s α信賴係數做為信度指標並得到0.895的α值,符合文獻所建議之信度標準且具有高信度,最終根據此研究得出以下幾點結論:1.不同背景變數在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異是部分成立的。2.性別在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異是不成立的。3.年齡在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異是部分成立的。4.教育程度在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異是部分成立的。5.婚姻狀況在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異是不成立的。6.官階在軍職人員留職意願影響因素認知看法上有顯著差異。是部分成立的。

This paper mainly discusses the factors that affect the willingness of military personnel in Taiwan to continue their employment. In this study, a quantitative study of questionnaire test was adopted, after the questionnaire test, a total of 166 valid questionnaires were returned. The questionnaire design uses Cronbach's alpha confidence coefficient as the reliability index, and get an alpha value of 0.895, it meets the reliability criteria suggested by the literature and has high confidence. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn from this study: 1. It is partially confirmed that variables from different backgrounds have significant differences in the perceptions of factors affecting military personnel's willingness to stay on the job. 2. It does not hold that gender has a significant difference in cognition of factors influencing military personnel's willingness to stay on the job. 3. It is partly established that age has a significant difference in cognition and opinion on the influencing factors of military personnel's willingness to stay on the job. 4. It is partly established that there is a significant difference in the cognition of the factors affecting the willingness of military personnel to stay on the job due to education level. 5. It is not established that there is a significant difference in the perception of marital status on the influencing factors of military personnel's willingness to stay on the job. 6. It is partially established that there is a significant difference in the influence of rank on the willingness of military personnel to stay on the job.
