過去對情緒智能、壓力知覺的研究,大部分聚焦於對工作滿意度,組織承諾的影響,鮮少將同事關係及直屬上司人格特質加入為調節變數,因此本研究特將同事關係及直屬上司人格特質當作調節變數,探討學校整體的同事關係及直屬上司人格特質是否具有調節效果。本研究採用問卷調查方式蒐集資料,問卷填答對象為臺灣公立國小的教師,問卷發放期間為103年11月1日至11月30日,共發放210份問卷,實際回收之有效問卷為201份,有效回收率為95.7%。 本研究實證結果顯示:(1)國小教師情緒智能對工作滿意度無正向顯著影響; (2)壓力知覺對工作滿意度有負向顯著影響; (3)國小教師同事關係對工作滿意度有正向顯著影響; (4)國小教師直屬上司人格特質對工作滿意度有正向顯著影響; (5)同事關係及直屬上司人格特質對情緒智能與工作滿意度之關係的調節效果不顯著; (6) 同事關係對壓力知覺與工作滿意度之關係具有正向調節效果; (7) 直屬上司人格特質對壓力知覺與工作滿意度之關係不具調節效果。
Most of the previous studies with regard to the emotion al intelligence and stress perception were focused on job satisfication and the impact of organizational commitment, and seldom use their relationship between colleagues and the personality of their director as moderating variables. That’s why we use these two variables as a moderating variables in this study to discuss if their relationship between colleagues and the personality of their director ( like school principal, Director Of Academic Affairs, Director Of Student Affairs……etc.) affect the teachers’ job satisfaction. The methodology was questionnaire survey. There were 210 teachers from public elementary schools in Taiwan sampled. The valid return rate was 95.7% and 201 teachers participated in the present study. The conclusions about this study are as following: (1) There’s no positive affect between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job satisfication. (2) There’s a negative affect between stress perception and job satisfication. (3) There’s a positive affect between the relationship between colleagues of teachers and job satisfication. (4) There’s a positive affect between the personality of their director and job satisfication. (5) The relationship between colleagues of teachers and the personality of their director has no moderating affect between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job satisfication. (6) The relationship between colleagues of teachers has a positive moderating affect between the relationship between colleagues of teachers and job satisfication. (7) The personality of their director has no moderating affect between stress perception and job satisfication.
