擴增實境視訊協作技術研究與應用_以電腦組裝為例

摘要


現代生活快速,資訊流通發達,遇上問題可以從網路中找到答案,但面對緊急狀況或是需要專業人員協助時,卻往往因為路途遙遠或是過程遭遇障礙,例如因應疫情隔離等困難,從而失去第一時間補救的機會,因此不用與人群接觸,不須抵達現場的遠端工作逐漸受到重視。雖然視訊系統的出現使得雙方資訊落差得到減輕,然而即使理解了狀況,仍會因為無法下達明確指示排除問題,導致時間的浪費。本研究藉由結合擴增實境(Augmented Reality, AR)與串流視訊的功能,開發出「擴增實境視訊協作系統」,現場端可以清楚敘述問題給支援者,而支援端如同親臨現場,快速理解狀況,並做出明確指示,使得兩者對於狀況的理解更加一致,引導使用者進行後續處理,並作用於行動裝置平台。現場端透過鏡頭傳送現場影像至系統,經過網路傳送到支援端螢幕,支援人員就可藉由畫面判讀,使用滑鼠或是手指在畫面拖曳,其拖曳的軌跡經過系統記錄,回傳到現場端裝置,並根據軌跡進行渲染,將渲染後的軌跡合成在現實世界的空間中,現場人員就能藉由虛擬的軌跡了解下一步的指令做出行動。提高溝通的效率,讓雙方可以進行協同作業。規劃1位具電腦安裝技術人員為支援端,30位電腦安裝受測者為現場端,進行遠端指導電腦安裝實驗。實驗後使用SUS量表工具進行現場端問卷調查,並進行支援端的半結構式訪談。研究結果SUS總平均分為77分。訪談分析發現使用「擴增實境視訊協作系統」,系統能緩解先備知識落差,降低溝通過程中的困難,準確地傳達指示。

The pace of modern life is fast, and the flow of information is developed. If you get stuck, you can find answers online. However, when there is an emergency or professional assistance is required, it is often because of the distance or obstacles encountered in the process. This research combines the functions of Augmented Reality (AR) and streaming video to develop an "Augmented Reality Video Collaboration System". The on-site end can clearly describe the problem to the support end, and the support end can quickly understand the situation and give clear instructions as if they were on the scene. The real-time image is transmitted to the system through the lens, and then sent to the screen of the supporting terminal through the network. Support staff can navigate on-screen instructions by dragging the screen with a mouse or finger. The drag trajectory is recorded by the system and sent back to the field. Terminal equipment, and render according to the trajectory, and synthesize the rendered trajectory in the real world space, so that the on-site personnel can understand the next action and take action through the virtual trajectory. Improve communication efficiency and let both parties work together. It is planned to have 1 computer installation technician as the support party, and 30 computer installation testers as the site to conduct remote guidance on the computer installation experiment. After the experiment, the SUS scale tool was used to conduct a questionnaire survey at the field end and a semi-structured interview at the support end. The overall average score of SUS is 77 points. The interview analysis found that using the "augmented reality video collaboration system", the system can alleviate the gap in prior knowledge, reduce the difficulty in the communication process, and accurately convey instructions.
