本研究藉由文獻探討彙整「生涯規劃」、「經管制度」及「執行滿意度」三變項,採問卷調查方式實施立意抽樣,經資料統計分析顯示經管制度與生涯規劃及執行滿意度具有相當之關聯性,經管制度認知程度愈高,生涯規劃與執行滿意度愈高。 本研究結果顯示不同職務、役別、服務年資、民間學資的陸軍工兵官科軍官對經管制度認知程度無顯著差異;不同性別、職務、民間學資的陸軍工兵官科軍官對生涯規劃認知程度無顯著差異;不同性別、役別、民間學資的陸軍工兵官科軍官對執行滿意度認知程度無顯著差異;不同性別、役別、民間學資的陸軍工兵官科軍官不影響經管制度認知與生涯規劃認知對經管規劃滿意度的結果無顯著差異情形存在。生涯規劃認知程度越高,配合經管制度之實施,依照個人性向及意願,調整修訂生涯規劃,必能提高執行滿意度。
