共享經濟是在行動互聯網的基礎上,行業與互聯網深度結合,有很多人參與其中的一種新型經濟模式。互聯網的進一步滲透,必將是線上、線下人類活動的全面融合與聚變,這就是O2O(Online to Offline)。因此,本文基於O2O視角的共享經濟商業模式為題,建構O2O共享經濟商業模式分析架構,同時以大眾點評網個案加以驗證。其研究結果如下: O2O下的共享經濟商業模式的特徵,以強調開放平台,連接分散式的人資和物資,為雙方用戶提供最有效的資源對接,且要有包容性和可擴充性,再加上各種行動互聯網技術的支持,連到共享經濟模式的最高效率。 O2O商業模式是一個生態的關係,大眾點評網O2O平台的挑戰有:自己做還是合作?邊界在哪裡?組織的結構與管理如何與平台企業相匹配等多項挑戰工作。
The sharing economy is based on the mobile Internet. The industry is deeply integrated with the Internet, and there are many new economic models in which many people participate. The further penetration of the Internet will inevitably be the full integration and fusion of online and offline human activities. This is O2O (Online to Offline). Therefore, based on the O2O perspective of the shared economic business model , this paper constructs an O2O shared economic business model analysis framework. At the same time, it was verified by the case of the public comment network . The results of the study are as follows: O2O feature sharing economy business models in order to emphasize an open platform, connecting decentralized human resources and material resources to provide the most effective docking for both users and have an inclusive and can be scalability, plus a variety of Internet operations Technical support, connected to the highest efficiency of the shared economy model. The O2O business model is an ecological relationship . The challenges of the O2O platform of the public comment network are: do it yourself or cooperate ? Where is the boundary ? How do the organization's structure and management match the platform enterprise and many other challenges?
