生質柴油製造業在台灣運營研究

摘要


由於溫室效應的加劇及能源耗竭的陰影對全球經濟、社會及生態的影響,促使環保意識抬頭,各國因應京都議定書生效後全球溫室氣體減量之趨勢,莫不積極尋求更潔淨能源來替代石化燃料,於是帶動了再生能源的崛起。 臺灣天然資源蘊藏貧乏,能源幾乎全數仰賴進口(約計98%),在面對國際能源多變的環境, 溫室氣體減量、傳統能源耗竭、提升臺灣國際形象(減少碳排放)、多樣化能源安全取得、等考量下,尋求自主替代性綠色能源將刻不容緩。生質能源利用生質物轉換獲得可用的電與熱等能源,其是新且潔淨的再生能源,具有取之不盡、用之不竭的特性。因應市場需求,生質能源現主要應用於車輛方面,有生質酒精和生質柴油兩大類。 生質柴油是利用廢棄食用油脂、動物油脂、植物油或廢棄食用油脂等與短鏈醇進行轉酯化反應形成脂肪酸烷基混合物,與一般化石柴油相比,具有可再生性和環境友善兩大突出優點,是一種新型的替代能源。 本研究針對生質柴油的發展性來做分析,期能提供企業在發展生質柴油方面的效益評估。最後佐以政策面進行探討,期能對未來的產業發展提供可行建議。

The increasing greenhouse effect and the impact of energy depletion on the global economy, society and ecology have led to a rise in environmental awareness. The rise of renewable energy has been driven by the search for cleaner sources of energy to replace fossil fuels in response to the global reduction in greenhouse gases following the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol. Taiwan is poor in natural resources and imports almost all of its energy. In the face of the changing environment of international energy, it is urgent to seek independent alternative green energy under the consideration of greenhouse gas reduction, traditional energy depletion, improving international image, and obtaining diversified energy security. The conversion of biomass into usable energy sources such as electricity and heat. This new type of clean renewable energy is inexhaustible. In order to meet the market demand, biomass energy is mainly used in vehicles, including raw alcohol and biodiesel. Biodiesel is a fatty acid alkyl mixture formed by transesterification of waste edible oils, animal fats, vegetable oils or waste edible oils with short chain alcohols. Compared with ordinary fossil diesel, biodiesel is a new alternative energy because of its two outstanding advantages of renewability and environmental friendliness. This study is aimed at the development of biodiesel to do the analysis, in order to provide enterprises in the development of biodiesel benefit assessment. Finally, the policy aspects are discussed to provide feasible suggestions for the future industrial development.
