The purposes of this study were to explore that impacts of cross-cultural adaptation, personality traits and culture conflicts on self-efficacy. Using questionnaire survey in this study, started from November, 2017 and ending the questionnaire survey in March, 2018. Using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS, the statistical methods used descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, SEM and grey relational analysis. The result indicated that (A) Culture conflicts have a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy. (B) Cross-cultural adaptation has a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy. (C) Personality traits have a significantly difference in self-efficacy. (D) Culture conflicts have a significantly positive impact on cross-cultural adaptation. (E) Personality traits have a significantly difference in Cross-cultural adaptation. (F) Demographic variables have a significantly difference in culture conflicts, cross-cultural adaptation, personality traits and self-efficacy.
