台灣縣市合併對警政績效之影響－資料包絡分析法之應用

摘要

本研究主要利用Färe et al.,(1994)生產面Malmquist 生產力指數（tfpch），再細分為生產技術效率變動指數(effch )、技術變動指數(techch ) 、純技術效率變動指數(pech )與規模效率變動指數動(sech)等。在98-99 年合併前的tfpch 為1.0163，在100-101 年合併後的tfpch 為1.0158，表示台灣縣市警察局之生產力皆呈現改善的現象，但合併後有-0.05%的下降其原因為警察局管理的績效下降。
