訓練設計與組織因素對績效成果之影響-以產業屬性為干擾變項

摘要


本研究運用TTQS評核結果資料及各項參考評估指標進行研究分析,主要目的在探討訓練設計與組織因素對於組織績效之影響;以及探討產業屬性對於TTQS人才發展品質管理系統,在實務運作上是否有因產業屬性之不同而有所差異。 研究結果確認符合本研究設計之推導,當企業導入TTQS時,訓練設計與組織因素會對組織績效產生影響,至於產業屬性作為干擾變項影響並不顯著,此研究可作為未來改善教育訓練模式與提升經營績效之參考。

In this study TTQS assessment results of the reference data and indicators to assess research and analysis, the main purpose of discussing for the training design and organizational factors affect the organizational performance; and to explore the development of industrial property for TTQS talent quality management system, in practice whether the operation there are differences because of the industrial property vary. Confirm findings consistent with the derivation of the study design, when companies import TTQS, training design and organizational factors have an significances differences to organizational performance, as the interference variables of industrial properties do not significant differences, this study can be used to improve future education and training model enhance the business performance of the reference.
