摘要

疾病的發生與人體的抵抗力密切相關。儘管人類疾病種類繁多，病理機制千差萬別，但用現代醫學的觀念來看，許多疾病多與免疫功能低下有關或伴有免疫功能的不正常。中藥多為植物藥，副作用小，資源豐富，對免疫功能有著普遍影響，對防治免疫性疾病及預防衰老有廣泛的意義。幾千年來，中藥在治療許多與免疫功能減退相關的疾病中一直發揮著重要作用。
近年來，國內外學者對許多中藥的免疫藥理作用做了大量研究工作，並取得了一定成果。但研究的成果，發表在各式各樣的期刊論文中，使得參考時大為不便。為此，在本論文中，我們以知識本體論的架構，建置一個提供分類目錄式與關鍵字詞搜尋的免疫類中藥與方劑知識庫系統；並提供一個專屬免疫領域之整合式查詢介面，以整合西方醫學文件與相關的免疫期刊資料庫。藉由清楚、明確的分類架構體系，以及整合式單一介面的查詢輸入，可以提供中醫藥從業人員與相關研究人員快速搜尋而取得有用的研究資料，使其在參考與研究上有顯著且大量的幫助。

The occurrence of the disease and the resistibility of the human body are closely related. Though there are various mankind disease categories, pathologic mechanism differs. From the perspective of modern medical science, many diseases are relevant with the low immunity function or the iniquity of the immunity function accompanied. For several thousand years, the Chinese herbal medicine has been acted as a treatment mainly to diseases related with immunity dysfunction.
In recent years, domestic and international scholars have done a great deal of research to the immunity pharmacology function of many Chinese herbal medicines, and gained certain achievement. But it is inconvenient to refer to those results published in various periodical theses.
For this reason, in this thesis, we set up a knowledge ontology, building one immunity Chinese herbal medicine and a knowledge base system that provides to categorize the catalogue type and the key word phrase searching interface. The integration also provides an exclusive immunity realm searches interface to integrate the western medical science document and the related immunity periodical database. The clear and explicit classification system, with the type single interface to input, can provide the Chinese medicine employee and related researchers to search and obtain useful research data quickly, making it a great help for consulting and studying.
