問題導向的數位學習系統-以寬頻電信網路維修為例

摘要


資訊科技不斷進步,產品、技術汰換的速度愈來愈快。傳統教育訓練 (方法、速度、範圍,成本與時效) 無法滿足企業與員工的需求。現有技能每三至五年即會被淘汰,所以員工需不斷的學習。企業也須不斷的教育員工,才能在快速變化的環境裡,提供客戶更滿意的服務。在邁入知識經濟的時代裡,學習者更需要藉著各種不同形式的學習以提昇本身的能力與競爭力;所以透過網路與資訊科技,數位學習(e-Learning)的需求逐漸受到重視。也是許多有遠見的企業與知識工作者學習新的選擇。然而數位學習所代表的並不只是網路加上學習而已,包括了多樣性的內容與學習形式,管理、社群的互動、以及適時的內容的提供。 問題導向的學習(Problem–Based Learning,PBL)起源於1960年,在教育的環境領域裡,不是一個新鮮的名詞,最早應用在醫學教育,到現今的工程、數學、等,晚近則常被用在一般教學領域中。本論文將朝數位學習與問題導向式學習的基本理念配合探討起,分析數位學習環境下,配合問題導向的教與學(Problem Based Learning)與數位學習快速的優點。考量以上的問題,我們認為如果能建立以學員問題為主,學員問題為中心,並依學員及環境分散因素,以問題導向的(Web based Learning)數位學習,才能得到學習的目的。提昇學習效能,達到增強學習動機,主動學習,終身學習的目標。因此,本論文提出這樣的以問題導向的數位學習系統,是我們需要積極探討的課題。

The pace of upgrade, elimination, and replacement of information technology, products, and skills is accelerating over time. Traditional educational practice is unable to satisfy the demands of enterprises and workers. Current skills will be eliminated every three to five years, so workers must learn constantly. Similarly, educators must continuously educate their employees, to offer their customers satisfactory service in an ever-changing business environment. Entering the era of the knowledge economy, learners will require a wide variety of learning styles in order to enhance their abilities and competitiveness. Many forward-looking enterprises and knowledge workers will learn new alternatives. The concept of problem-based learning (PBL) was first put forth in 1960 and is not a new idea in the educational field. Initially it was applied in medical education, but is now used in engineering and math. Recently it has been used in general education settings. This research begins with an investigation of the basic concepts of e-learning and problem-based learning. An e-learning environment is analyzed in order to explore how teaching and learning in problem-based learning is affected by the high speed of e-learning. If learners become the focus of the process and learner problems the heart of it, then, based on the characteristics of the learners and various environmental factors, implementation of problem-based web-based learning will facilitate learner attainment of goals. Increasing learning effectiveness is necessary to attain the goal of strengthening learner motivation, independent learning, and lifelong learning.
