摘要

學校行政是對學校整體教學活動進行的領導與支援，在學校整體發展過程中，其重要性不言可喻。學校行政應以傳承、分享、協助、扶持的理念，不斷的累積、重組、利用與創新學校行政的經驗與智慧。知識管理重視成員彼此互用思維、資訊進行有效的溝通，當學校成員願意將觀念、資訊、經驗等彼此分享、傳承，就能促進知識的活用、創新並豐富產出。
本研究是一實務性之論文，係以某技術學院教務處課務組行政業務為例，建構一個輔助學校行政應用的知識管理系統；希望藉由知識管理的理念，提供學校行政在業務推展上的管控方針，促進組織內知識的流通與分享，有效的將員工的知識及經驗加以保留與傳承。

School administration is an important function in school that provides the guidance and resource support for the instruction activities in school. School Administrators could use the knowledge management idea of initiation, participation, assist and support to continuously accumulate, recombine, facilitate and innovate the work experience and knowledge of the school administration activities. Knowledge management promotes the innovation of new knowledge when participants have a platform to share and accumulate the concepts, information and experiences.
This research attempts to put the said idea into practice. We construct a Knowledge Management System for the School Administration Applications for a curriculum educational division in a technical institute as an example. We hope to use this system to express the concepts of knowledge management for school administration applications and promote the idea to circulate and share the past knowledge and keep said knowledge and experiences available to members in hope to innovate new knowledge and ideas.
