摘要


隨著資訊科技快速發展與網際網路盛行,資訊的傳遞不再受限於時間和空間的限制,導致企業傳統獨立運作的方式無法適應競爭激烈的環境。因此企業經營方式,趨向於企業之間相互合作關係,形成『協同』合作開發。由於企業之間的激烈競爭,往往有多種產品同時開發的多重專案情況。在多重專案環境中,充滿許多未知及不確定性的因素或不一致的資訊,容易造成專案失誤率與延誤率的提升、資訊傳遞的延誤與安全性等問題。多重專案充滿許多隨著環境而做改變的變異性,使得協同產品開發模式之變異需要更明確定義和模式化,相關知識體系之建置更顯重要。 因應專案流程多變的環境,目前僅有少數系統提及環境感測的概念以處理流程的多變性,例如 EkSarva架構;本研究以此架構改進延伸,提出可適化協同專案管理系統架構,達到在協同專案前期,對於預先發現可能產生的錯誤加以處理。在協同過程中,對於專案參與者以及資源等產生的變異性,透過情境分析以及本體論的建置,依據多變的協同環境,提供彈性化的控管方式。針對不同的變異性提出因應流程變更,相對的可適化流程,以因應多變的環境。多個協同專案同時進行時,亦能互相感測其需求,資源有效的利用,達到提升企業協同專案的效率以及運作能力。

Due to rapid development of information technology, information transfer is no more limited by time and space. It then causes much more competitive pressures to the enterprise. Collaboration is the trend of improving efficient and collaborative product development is an effective approach of enhancing business competition. A dynamic adjustment of the collaborative process is required to face uncertain business environment where multiple products or services development are frequently executed at the same time. The attributes of process changes occurred during collaborative projects should be collected and analyzed. The research proposes a system framework of adaptive and collaborative project management using ontology development. This framework extends the concept of a dynamic structure – Eksarva and focuses on reducing degree of uncertainly generated from collaborative projects. Changes result in multiple and collaborative projects execution are investigated and analyzed. An information system is developed based on this proposed framework and tested by the case study of a food processing company. The results show process changes can be identified before and during project execution. Adaptive process are also generated and provided as alternatives to respond those changes. The impact of uncertainty can then be reduced through the adaptive mechanism discussed in the proposed framework and system development.
