本研究之目的在於瞭解國小學生近視預防知識和近視預防行為的現況;比較在不同背景變項影響下,學生近視預防知識、近視預防行為的差異;探討近視預防知識與近視預防行為的相關。本研究採問卷調查法。所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數與標準差、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法分析,得到研究發現如下: 一、「近視預防知識」平均得分皆達中等以上。「學業成績」、「母親最高學歷」對研究對象「近視預防知識」造成顯著影響。 二、「近視預防行為」平均得分皆達中等以上。「年級」、「性別」、「有沒有近視」、「有沒有戴近視眼鏡」、「學業成績」對研究對象「近視預防行為」造成顯著影響。 三、「近視預防知識」和「近視預防行為」彼此間皆達中度正相關。
This research is for the purpose of understanding the present situation of the elementary school students’s myopia prevention knowledge and myopia prevention behavior, comparing the different influence of different background variable on the students’s myopia prevention knowledge and myopia prevention behavior,and discussing the correlation between myopia prevention knowledge and myopia prevention behavior. This research adopt questionnaire investigation.Collected data were analyzed by the frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standar deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation statistical methods, and the research findings were as following: 1.The average grade of ”myopia prevention knowledge” reached medium degree above. “the academic achievement” and “the mother’s highest school record” had significant influence on the researched subject’s “myopia prevention knowledge”. 2.The average grade of all “myopia prevention behavior” reached medium degree above. “grade”, “sex”, “contract myopia or not”, “wear the eyeglasses for myopia or not” and “the academic achievement” had significant influence on the researched subject’s “myopia prevention behavior”. 3.The relationship between the researched subject’s “myopia prevention knowledge” and “myopia prevention behavior” achieved positive correlation of medium degree.
