地方本位環境教育推動社區永續發展之研究—「雲林縣口湖鄉成龍溼地社區」之個案

摘要


本論文主要探討環境教育如何協助地層下陷區域之劣勢社區走向永續發展之路。 透過「觀察法、訪談法、文件資料」來搜集資料, 以「地方本位教育」及「強永續模型」理論視角,詮釋研究個案環境教育的策略巧思與洞見。 進一步地,透過多方證據與理論工具,闡明「地方本位教育」、「強永續模型」、「里山倡議」以及 「國土生態保育綠色網絡」的理念,如何在成龍溼地社區獲得實踐、得到驗證。 最後,針對「環境教育」與「永續發展」觀點偏頗之處,提出反思,希冀填補既有理論的缺口並提供 研究個案的實務啟發。 關鍵詞:地方本位教育、環境教育、永續發展、成龍溼地

並列摘要


This study mainly discusses how environmental education can assist a disadvantaged community in land subsidence area. With a view to helping the district to move on the way to sustainable development. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and document data. Moreover, interpreting the strategic ingenuity and insights of environmental education in case studies from the theoretical perspective of place-based education and strong sustainability model. Furthermore, through evidence from various perspectives and theoretical tools, it helps clarifying the place-based education and the strong sustainability model. In addition, it describes how the concepts of the Satoyama Initiative and the National Green Network be practiced and be verified in Chenglong Wetland and Chenglong Community. Finally, in the viewpoints of bias against environmental education and sustainable development, we propose reflections, hoping to complete the existing theories and provide practical inspirations for research cases.
