摘要
早洩是最普遍的男性性功能疾病，大約有30%的盛行率，有75%的男性在他們一生中有早洩狀況，只是求醫的比例並沒的陽痿那麽高，這是因為早洩是個主觀的症狀，早洩多仍享有性生活，陽痿卻不行，因此影響了患者求醫的意願。 我們自2005年08月10日至2007年06月30日為止，共計有51人已完成1療程的10次的針灸治療，其結果為不進不退人數2人(3.9%)、無效人數11人(21.5%)、有效人數38人(74.5%)。有效治療患者治療前做愛時間總和為63.6分，治療後有時間總和為221分鍾；治療前平均做愛時間為1.67分，治療後平均做愛時間為5.81分；有效治療患者的成效平均上昇3.48倍。

Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction disease, the Prevalence rate is 30% and 75% male has experienced this problem in there life time. But there are not go for medical help so often due to it is an objective symptom and they still can enjoy sex but importance is not. Since Aug 2005 to June 2007, we had 51 male patients accepted (10 times/course) acupuncture treatment for this diease, no improve was 2 (3.9%) no effect was 11 (21.5%) and 38 (74.5%) was improved. Before treatment there total make love time was 63.6 minutes after treatment there total make love time was increased to 221 minutes. The single make love time was 1.67 min before treatment which increased to 5.81 min after treatment. The total improve effect was 3.48 times.
