摘要

視網膜剝離是眼科急症，必須在數天之內儘快手術治療；手術之後、往往視力變差或因視網膜下積液未吸收而視力減退時，應用中藥調治，可獲改善甚至恢復。中醫辯證論治，屬氣滯血瘀者，柴胡疏肝湯等加減治之；屬陰虛火旺者，知柏地黃丸等加減治之；屬肝腎陰虛者，杞菊地黃丸等加減治之；屬脾虛濕泛者，陳夏六君子湯等加減治之；屬血虛風熱者，加味四物湯加減治之。

Retinal detachment is a urgency among ophthalmologic disorders and needs surgical treatments in a few days. If there are visual disturbance situations which may be caused by the non-absorbed fluid under retinas, it will need the Chinese medical therapy and you can see the improvements or recovery. According to the traditional Chinese medical therapy to distinguish disease and syndrome to treat, those having blood stasis owning to stagnation of Qi will be recommended Tsaihushukan Decoction. Those suffering from ”Yin deficiency and intense heat” will be prescribed Zhi Bai Di. Han Chiu Di Huang Wan will be advised to those suffering from deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin. Chen Hsia Liu Chun Tzu Decoction will be the best choice for the invalid of spleen deficiency. For those suffering from Blood Deficiency and Wind-Heat, Taohong Siwu decoction will be their saver.
