Edmund Husserl (a German philosopher) proposed that phenomenology is an approach for the experience of exploration. Phenomenology emphasizes the existence instead of debating, everything comes back to the essence of things, one must experience, feel, or grasp it consciously, and that is what Phenomenology emphasizes. In the area of social science, subject experience is one of the approaches for exploring subject consciousness-from consciousness experience to corporality experience, from transparent corporality experience to spontaneous as well as improvising corporality experience. This research adopts the approaches of phenomenology to analyze the learning process of a badminton player. This research utilizes nine technical aspects from subject experience to discover three shared essence: adaptability, flexibility as well as accuracy. Adaptability is the reaction pace of the incoming shuttle, flexibility is the delicate change of hitting back the shuttle, and the precision stands for the dropping spot of the hitting-back shuttle. The purpose of this research is to help learners understand the technical essence of badminton from different angles and with different approaches through the discussion of the technical essence of badminton. Furthermore, this research is aiming at upgrading the professionalism of badminton.
