牙釉基質衍生物在牙周再生手術上的應用－病例報告
The Clinical Application of Enamel Matrix Derivatives in Periodontal Regeneration-Four Cases Report

Enamel matrix derivative(EMD) is recently applied in the periodontal surgery for periodontal regeneration. The clinical effect of EMD from the literature is similar to that of barrier technique. Besides, the true periodontal regeneration was found from the histologic findings and the clinical procedure is much easier than barrier technique. The purpose of this report is to provide four cases using EMD for periodontal regeneration with long-term clinical follow-up. Detailed results, clinical experience and discussion are described in the content. Overall, the clinical results are satisfied.
