在物流系統中,倉儲作業是不可或缺的一環,而訂單揀貨又是整個倉儲作業中產生成本的主因。以往揀貨作業受限於技術以及管理上的因素,而使得揀貨效率一直無去提昇。而近年來,許多物流中心開始導入無線射頻辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification: RFID),藉由此技術可以改變揀貨作業的方式,以提昇作業效率。因此,本研究以捷盟行銷股份有限公司中壢廠為對象,構建出一個倉儲的模擬系統,以模擬RFD導入後揀貨方式的改變,包含行走路徑、儲位指派等倉儲管理上的策略,除了對於整個倉儲揀貨的改善效率外,還針對物流中心的人力資源作敏感度分析。從模擬結論顯示,導入RFID後,對於物流中心的揀貨效率有顯著的提升。
The warehouse participates in an indispensable role in logistics system, and order picking produce the main reason of cost above of all. However, the lower efficiency in order picking was due to the reasons by limiting technology and bad management in the past. Many distribution centers begin to set up the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system in order to improve their working efficiency in recent years. Thus, we built up a simulation system of the warehouse in this research that based on the model of the factory of retail support international in Jung-Li. We hope to change the working style in order picking by RFID that leaded to raise their efficiency in warehouse. This research includes the strategies on routing, storage assignment, and etc. Furthermore, analyze the sensitivity of the human resources in the warehouse creates another advantage in this case. These results reveal a significant improvement in order picking in the warehouse by introducing RFID model system.
